Immigration
America's Immigration system is broken. Too many employees play the system by hiring undocumented workers, and there are at least 11 million people living in the shadows. Neither is good for the country or the economy. Legal immigration should be simple and efficient. The President's proposal provides passports to foreign business man and woman to start businesses here in America. To also help foreign graduate students in science and math be able to graduate and stay here, and be able to reunite with their families. The President's proposal also provides undocumented immigrants with a legal way to come out of the shadows and earn a citizenship. Our immigration system SHOULD reward citizens who is willing to work hard a play by the rules. It is pretty much commonsense that immigration helps the economy as a whole. It strengthens the economy and increases US trade and exports. By strengthening the borders into America we won't have so many companies hiring undocumented immigrants. We won't have as many illegal immigrants hiding in the shadows. By creating a stronger system and securing the borders better we won't have as many crimes either. Everyone passing into America who is a foreign looking to stay in America should have to take a test for citizenship before they can do anything else.
